Massachusetts, Pioneer Valley,
Enjoy winter hiking, snow shoeing & sledding, then warm up next to the wood burning stove with home cooked meals, friendly smiles and other families enjoying snacks, games or crafts. If you have x-c ski's...bring them! Typically, others do, too! The Double Cottage at Noble View is rustic and cozy, has no running water (that's at the Bath House!) and is heated by the wood burning stove. Everyone gets to share the responsibilities for meal prep in the well-stocked kitchen, and clean-up at the Bath House. The Bath House is a short walk away and features running hot & cold water, hot showers and eco-friendly, flush toilets. Sleeping accommodations will be co-ed to keep families together in private rooms. Bed numbers vary per room, so bring along an air mattress for the kids to use on the floor. Don't forget your sleeping bags and pillows! Bedding is not supplied. Noble View is known for its well marked trails & beautiful vista overlooking the Pioneer Valley. The trails are easy for families of all ages to manage whether hiking, on shoe shoes or x-c skis. Families with kids of all ages are welcome! You may want to bring along your own outdoor equipment and any games you think would be fun to play/share with others. The Russell Pond may be frozen enough for ice skating, too! We'll have to see... "Sno much to do!!!"... If you like downhill skiing, there are a few areas close by that you may want to explore on your own. (Lift tickets & equipment not included in fee). $125/pp covers meals: 2 dinners (possibly 3 depending upon your arrival time) 3 breakfasts, lunch fixings and snacks throughout the day; lodging; use of Noble Views trails and facilities.
'Love the view at Noble View!' 'We had a wonderful time with everyone we met during our Winter Weekend! The kids enjoyed the sledding just outside the cabin, and my husband and I loved the snow shoeing! The trails were well marked and wide. We saw animal tracks, too! We really enjoyed ourselves. Looking forward to the next time!' 'There were so many stars!'
