Start a family tradition with the AMC at Joe Dodge Lodge and Pinkham Notch Visitor Center. We will celebrate each day with a different theme. We start the celebration with a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. Thursday Dinner Menu: Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner •Creamy Parsnip soup with Pear and Walnuts, Onion Soup •Mixed Greens & Strawberries with a Poppy Seed Vinaigrette, Caesar Salad with croutons and homemade Caesar dressing •Sweet Potato Rolls, Pumpkin Bread, Corn Bread •Herb Roasted Turkey w/an Apple and Sausage Stuffing •Honey Glazed Spiral Ham •Root Vegetable Cassoulet •Parmesan Creamed Spinach, Quinoa Salad with Roasted Squash, Cranberries and Pecans, •Traditional Green Bean Salad w/dried Onions, Candied Carrots, Buttermilk Mashed potatoes •Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie, Pecan Pie During the day Friday - Sunday will offer children's and family-friendly nature walks, activities and day-hikes. Friday Night we will host a traditional New England Dinner buffet style from 5:30-7:30 pm followed by an evening program at 8 pm featuring New England style music with local musicians Fleur des lis Friday Dinner Menu: New England Dinner Buffet 5:30-7:30 pm •New England Clam Chowder •Boston Brown Bread, Yeast Rolls •Maine Shrimp Salad, Spinach Salad w/Berries. Almonds & Goat Cheese served with a hot Bacon vinaigrette •Ritz Baked Cod, Yankee Pot Roast, Lobster risotto with Butternut Squash •Boston Baked Beans, Steamed Red Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli •Boston Cream Pie, Blueberry Crisp, Indian Pudding Saturday night will be the "Best of" our International Dinner and Adventure series. Buffet style dinner from 5:30-7:30 pm. Our Chefs will prepare foods from the past 20 years of International Dinner Series menus, offering 3 choices from soup to dessert from around the world. The evening program will feature one of our International Dinner presenters from the 2017 series: Bhutan, Land of the Thunder Dragon with Jack Holmes   Saturday Dinner Menu: Best of the International Dinner and Adventure Series Locro De Papa (Ecuador) Baguettes (France) Cucumber Salad (England) Chicken Parikash (Hungary) Tofu and Mushroom Vindaloo (India) Brown Basmati (Pakistan) Roasted Beets with Dill (Poland) Sachertorte (Austria)
