Start a family tradition with the AMC at Joe Dodge Lodge and Pinkham Notch Visitor Center. We will celebrate each day with a different theme. We start the celebration with a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. Thursday Dinner Menu: Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner •Creamy Parsnip soup with Pear and Walnuts, Onion Soup •Mixed Greens & Strawberries with a Poppy Seed Vinaigrette, Caesar Salad with croutons and homemade Caesar dressing •Sweet Potato Rolls, Pumpkin Bread, Corn Bread •Herb Roasted Turkey w/an Apple and Sausage Stuffing •Honey Glazed Spiral Ham •Root Vegetable Cassoulet •Parmesan Creamed Spinach, Quinoa Salad with Roasted Squash, Cranberries and Pecans, •Traditional Green Bean Salad w/dried Onions, Candied Carrots, Buttermilk Mashed potatoes •Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie, Pecan Pie During the day Friday - Sunday will offer children's and family-friendly nature walks, activities and day-hikes. Buffet style dinner from 5:30-7:30 pm. Our Chefs will prepare foods from the past 20 years of International Dinner Series menus, offering 3 choices from soup to dessert from around the world.
