Overview

Well, let's use our imaginations! This hibernator will accept sunshine, 40+ temps and a snow&ice-free ground as sufficient conditions for emerging from his den. In February, WPR is set in stark and vast landscaping that reveals massive rock outcroppings. The trails are mostly easy underfoot but not without their share of hills. Please email if planning to join, and state whether or not you will be driving. The likely start is 10:15, with more details to follow. A $10 per car entrance fee will likely be in effect. Rain would cancel. Trail Map: http://parks.westchestergov.com/images/stories/pdfs/WPRsm_2012.pdf
