Embark on a memorable family adventure in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, filled with engaging activities, breathtaking scenery, and connection to nature and family. From Highland Center to Zealand Falls Hut, this adventure led by AMC Guides promises an immersive journey tailored for families seeking outdoor fun and exploration. With the Highland Center Lodge as our home base for the first two nights, we'll spend time outside and exploring nearby trails and ponds, discovering the local natural history, and learning all about the exciting plants and animals that call the White Mountains home. After a day exploring the area around Highland Center, we'll set out for Zealand Falls Hut for an overnight adventure in the heart of the forest. Along the way, we'll discover beaver ponds and stunning waterfalls and take time to engage in the beauty and connect as a family. Once at Zealand Falls, the group will experience fun hut traditions, camaraderie, and delicious family style dinner and evening naturalist programs. After a night's rest in the shared bunkrooms and hearty breakfast, we'll head back to the valley for wrap-up and goodbyes!
