(text from banfflouise.com) Join AMC Adventure Travel leaders, Michael Wainer and Beth Zimmer on a series of spectacular day hikes in the Canadian Rockies. Banff, Yoho, and Jasper National Parks offer a wide variety of spectacular hiking opportunities geared toward the outdoor enthusiast and experienced hiker. Your trip price includes all lodging and dinners. While in the National Park, we will utilize the HI-Lake Louise Hostel as base lodging throughout our stay. This trip runs most every year and is sure to fill quickly!

Beth Zimmer is an active AMC leader with Adventure Travel and the NH Hiking Committee. She leads hikes in all four seasons and enjoys sharing her knowledge of flower and animal track ID and navigation. She has led Adventure Travel trips to such places as Switzerland, Austria, Italy, the Greek Isles, and New Zealand, as well as to several of our National Parks.

Michael is an Adventure Travel leader who has co-led trips to Kings Canyon/Sequoia, Olympic NP, Newfoundland and New Zealand. Additionally has been a participant on 8 other AT trips. He started leading hikes and weekend trips with the AMC Boston Chapter Family Outings Group and hikes at August Camp. Also he has completed the NH 48 4K twice, along with the 52 WAV, the Mass. Mid-state Trail, and is now working on the NET (New England Trail) and NE67. He has WFA and CPR certifications.
