After an early morning car spot at Lincoln Woods, we'll head over to Crawford Notch to start our hike. We'll hike to the Zealand Hut by way of the Hale Brook and Lend A Hand Trails, stopping to summit Mt Hale on the way. After almost 5 miles and 2300 feet of elevation gain, we should have time once we get to the hut to take off our boots and soak in the falls as we wait for dinner. The next morning, after our croo provided breakfast, we'll head out to tackle Zealand, West Bond, Bond and Bondcliff for 7.2 miles/3700 ft of elevation gain with some of the most amazing views of the Pemi Wilderness. From the summit of Bondcliff, we'll descend the Bondcliff Trail to the Lincoln Trail adding another 8.8 miles to our trip until we get to our cars that we spotted the day before. The hut is carry in/carry out and sleeping arrangements are in co-ed bunkrooms. We're looking for people that enjoy hiking with a group, following group rules and only hiking as fast as the slowest hiker. Our pace will average around 1.5 miles an hour. This is a difficult hike based on distance, terrain and elevation gain. Previous 4K or similar elevation gain and distance hiking will be required to participate in this hike. Cost $148.97
