SEM is run by volunteers, and we need your help to offer the programs that we all enjoy. Would you consider contributing to SEM as the Vice Chair of our Membership committee. This is a great way to ease into a role under an existing Chair and you do not have to be a long-time member to volunteer as a Vice Chair, just interest and enthusiasm. If you're a fan of SEM and regularly promote SEM to those you meet, this could be a good fit for you. In addition to supporting our Open House and other outreach events, you would help our new members fully engage with the chapter by organizing new member activities and social events. None of these roles should be overwhelming either in duties or time commitment but should give you a chance to give back to your chapter in a meaningful way.
