109 acre property borders East Haddam and Lyme. Easy 4 mile hike with 1 gradual uphill climb. Meet at 10:00am. Parking lot is on narrow 11 Baker Ln, Lyme (south off Rte. 82 at blinking yellow light). Signs for Chapal Farm and Pizzini Preserve by paved 15 car lot with (0.3mile ADA compliant) blacktop path to a footbridge over the Eightmile River which we'll walk along into the woods including part of the multi town Richard Goodwin Trail. After hike, you may enjoy a few mile drive to see the Devil's Hopyard waterfalls.
