In this in-person component of the Western MA leadership training program, participants will engage in role plays and apply the techniques and knowledge learned during chapter leadership session of the course in an outdoor environment. Participants are required to have completed a Chapter Leadership Training or have a pre-approved exception from the Training and Education Chair.
