Overview

Spring is an AMAZING time to get back out on the trails! If you slowed down during the winter, don't worry - this hike will get you going again! We will hike through the Cascade Link to the Pumpelly trail up Monadnock, along the Dublin Ridge and down Smith Connecting, Bald Rock and Cliff Walk, & Parker trails. The route offers gorgeous, open views throughout. There are limited / no stream crossings but expect some rock scrambling. This hike is perfect for experienced hikers who want to get back onto the trails or new hikers who are fit and have an active lifestyle. Pace will be moderate to fast with short breaks. We will adjust the pace as needed based on the group's condition. The climb will be gradual. We expect to cover around 6.3 miles round trip with 1870 ft of elevation gain. ***To address unforeseen challenges such as adverse weather, unacceptable trail conditions or excessive crowding, the planned trip destination, activity and/or meeting place and time may be modified. In that event, participants may elect to join in that activity or opt out.***
