Join us for a hiking tour to experience some of the delights of Bethlehem, PA as it is decorated for the holidays. We will begin and end on the north side of the Lehigh River in the traditional Moravian area and also cross to the South side of Bethlehem to get a bit of elevation on the Lehigh University campus, see the South Bethlehem Historical Society ethnic Christmas tree display, and view the Bethlehem Steel blast furnaces from the Hoover Mason trestle. If time allows and participants desire we will visit the Central Moravian church putz or The Moravian Book Shop. We will be walking on sidewalks but sturdy walking shoes are recommended as well as warm layers appropriate for the day's temperatures. Registration is required for this activity. Please contact leader via email to register. Group size limited, directions to meeting location will be given on registration.
