Overview

Join us for spectacular day hikes amidst colorful rock formations in Southern Nevada and Death Valley National Park in California. Our 10 day adventure starts with two days in the beautiful red rock areas near Las Vegas, then moves to Death Valley for five nights and moderate to challenging hikes ranging from 5-10 miles daily, with elevations gains up to 3200 feet and a high summit above 9000 feet. We will experience the striking contrasts of "sand dunes and snowfields" while visiting desert terrain below sea level and the late-season snow high above the desert floor. Late afternoons in Death Valley can be spent relaxing at our motel pool, visiting nearby historic mining and town sites, or other attractions in the Park.
