Overview

Spend your weekend combining invigorating snowshoe hikes with relaxing Yoga. Yoga sessions will be offered indoors each day, and then we'll get outdoors for some beautiful hikes in Crawford Notch. The hikes offer stunning views, gorgeous frozen waterfalls, or serene lakes. And to complete the experience, we'll serve up hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and good company at our Saturday afternoon social hour. It's the perfect mix of outdoor challenge and relaxation for a late winter getaway, and you'll leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Rates include lodging, meals, and guided activities. Higher rates apply for private room options. Program Highlights •Certified instructor Kathryn Ford Richter, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and 180 Hour Prana Vinyasa Yoga Teaching Training. Member of Yoga Alliance and Kripalu and Ayurveda Association.
