This will be a flat-water paddle with a few class 1 ripples as the river meanders around many bends in a steady easy current. •Basic Paddling Skills Required. Must know how to steer, turn a boat and paddle in a straight line. Must be comfortable paddling in moving water with many twists, turns, and rocks/obstacles. •PFD will always be worn on the river as a requirement of the trip. Self-inflatable PFDs are NOT allowed.
