Overview

This program is designed for you to get away from your busy everyday life and connect back to nature and oneself. This program is for beginners and will provide the very basics of yoga for newbies and yogis alike. It is a perfect mix of outdoor activities in the remote Maine Wilderness and relaxing yoga class to feel refreshed and renewed. The weekend will include guided cross country ski, local natural history of the area, wildlife viewing, and plenty of time to sauna, relax and practice yoga. Guests are lodged in the bunkhouse or private rustic cabins with capacities ranging from five to fourteen people. All cabins contain wood stoves, electric lights and beds. Bedding is not provided in the bunkhouse. Hearty breakfasts and dinners are served family style each morning and evening in the lodge dining room. Each morning lodge staff prepares trail lunches for each participant that are available after breakfast. Rates include lodging, meals, and guided activities. Higher rates apply for private cabin options. Travel times and guided activities will vary depending on abilities and weather. Please provide your own yoga mats, we have a limited number to rent.
