This trip is for great for teens who love variety and would like to experience all the mountains can offer! Day 1-2: After arriving at Pinkham Notch Visitor's Center, the group will get to know each other, via fun games, packing gear, and preparing for the trip with the instructors, before settling down for lunch at the Pinkham Notch Trading Post. The group will set off after lunch, hiking up to the Hermit Lake Shelter, in the shadow of Mount Washington, to set up base camp for the first two nights of the trip. Day 3-4: After hiking back down to Pinkham Notch, the group will be shuttled up to Umbagog Lake near Errol, New Hampshire for an overnight canoe trip along the Northern Forest Canoe Trail before returning to Pinkham Notch to set up base camp for the remainder of the trip. Day 5: The group will meet with the Eastern Mountain Sports Climbing School for a day of rock climbing at one of the famous ledges that the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Day 6: Returning to Errol, New Hampshire, the group will meet with the Enriched Learning Center for a day of whitewater rafting on the Androscoggin River.
