In support of the national effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 and to minimize the risks to the most vulnerable among us, AMC will immediately begin the process of temporarily closing all lodging and foodservice facilities and suspending all in-person staff and volunteer led programming through April 30.

In order to comply with Pennsylvania Youth Protection Laws, all children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. This policy applies for all events offered by the Delaware Valley Chapter as well as any other chapter events within the state of Pennsylvania.


Our AMC chapter maintains a 15+ mile section of the Appalachian Trail in Pennsylvania between Wind Gap and Little Gap. We'll be doing a several work trips this spring clearing blow downs, trimming back branches, collecting trash, and painting blazes. First timers and old hands are all welcome. The pace is slow and some of the terrain is rugged and steep. Please dress appropriately for working and bring along lunch and water. Rainy weather cancels.
