Come home to yourself! Join Certified Kripalu Yoga teacher Sandy Wavrick and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner Trish Bansi for a weekend designed to bring your heart, mind and body into balance. Practice Kripalu Yoga on beautiful Breakneck Lake Saturday and Sunday mornings (all levels welcome) with Sandy. We will take our meals together in the dining hall overlooking the Lake. All yoga equipment is provided. We will stay in the Beaver Brook Shelters. Each Beaver Brook Shelter can accommodate two 2-person backpacking tents, which can be borrowed from the camp. A secure bearbox is available for food storage. Modern bathhouses with hot showers and flush toilets are nearby. Camping equipment may be borrowed (free!) on a first come first served basis.
