Overview

Spend your weekend combining invigorating mountain hikes during the height of fall foliage, with relaxing Yoga. Yoga sessions will be offered indoors each day, and then we'll take our practice outdoors and embark on hikes with opportunities for Yoga on the trail. The hikes offer stunning views of Crawford Notch, gorgeous waterfalls, or serene lakes. And to complete the experience, we'll serve up hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and good company at our Saturday afternoon social hour. It's the perfect mix of outdoor invigoration and relaxation for a getaway, and you'll leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Rates include lodging, meals, and guided activities. Higher rates apply for private room options. Program Highlights: Take your practice outdoors, try Yoga on the trail Expand your practice with longer sessions indoors and outdoors Be inspired by the beauty of fall foliage in Crawford Notch Kathryn Richter, RN 200 hour certified Kripalu yoga instructor, completed 180 hours Prana Vinyasa training with Shiva Rea and trained Yin yoga teacher.
