Overview

This program is designed for you to get away from your busy everyday life and connect back to nature and oneself. This program is for beginners and will provide the very basics of yoga for newbies and yogis alike. It is a perfect mix of outdoor activities in the remote Maine Wilderness and relaxing yoga class to feel refreshed and renewed. The weekend will include guided hiking, local natural history of the area, wildlife viewing, and plenty of time to hike, relax and practice yoga.
