Overview

New England Clean Energy Connect (NECEC) is the controversial proposed energy project that would carry electricity from Quebec, through Maine, to Massachusetts. Join Dr. David Publicover, Senior Staff Scientist and Assistant Research Director for AMC, as he discusses the environmental impacts of the NECEC project, AMC's position, and the history and ongoing status of the permitting process. Dave has worked for AMC since 1992 and has served as an expert witness for AMC during the permitting of both Northern Pass in New Hampshire and the NECEC project in Maine.
