Winter Evening Yoga Series Tuesdays January 5th - March 16th 8:00 - 9:00PM Register here, link to meeting will be sent by email. Breathe in...breathe out...relax. Roll out your mat and join us on Zoom as we wind down our day and transition into a relaxing, peaceful evening before sleep. I will offer a gentle yoga class intended for all levels - this is newcomer friendly! You will need a yoga mat and a pillow/cushion. A strap and yoga block may be handy but are not required. Please arrive on time with an open mind. A link for the Zoom meeting will be sent to all registered attendees on the day of the event.-
