Spend a weekend with the AMC Boston Climbing Community at the historic Harvard Low Cabin! Use the cabin as your basecamp to gather with friends, share stories, and devise the weekend's adventures. Bring your tales of glory and suffering to our Saturday night shindig and wow your friends with visions of frozen crags and towering pillars! The Harvard Low Cabin features a kitchen complete with dual ovens and refrigerator, potable water, an outhouse, and (new!) propane heaters on both floors to keep the chill out. Cabin guests should bring a sleeping pad and sleeping bag for use in the large loft space. Outdoor tent/bivy/hammock spots are available as well, however all participants must pay the $10/night fee to utilize the property in any capacity. Please register using the provided link. After you've completed the registration form, you will receive a link to a Google sheet to arrange car-pooling, climbing, and other activities. In addition, all participants are required to complete the Vaccination Affirmation form. Note that the number of guests staying at the cabin is currently limited compared to prior years and that you may be placed on a waitlist.
COVID 19 Information: As of December 1, 2021 AMC requires volunteers be vaccinated or receive a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the start of an event. AMC relies on the honor system for compliance. Participants may be required to wear masks, provide proof of vaccination, or in the alternative a current (within 72 hours) negative PCR test as a condition of attending this event. For your personal safety, you should expect to be in the presence of vaccinated and unvaccinated people in all AMC settings and should make choices about participating accordingly.
