Date and Time

Thursday, July 20, 2023 - Sunday, July 30, 2023

Canadian Rockies,

Registration is required for this activity. Please contact leader(s).

Join us as we explore what National Geographic rates as one of the ten "must see wilderness destinations in the world." We will begin our journey in Calgary and travel by car to Lake Louise where we will check into our hostel (Hi Lake Louise Alpine Center) for the next 8 nights. Each day we will explore different areas of Banff National Park, Yoho National Park and Jasper National Park. Our hikes will have panoramic vistas that will have a startling impact. We will see snow-capped peaks, huge glaciers, serene glacial lakes, dramatic waterfalls and flowering alpine meadows. On an average day we will hike 8.5 miles with 2000 feet of elevation gain at elevations up to 9,000 feet. The breathtaking views and beauty of the vivid lakes and flowers will create memorable experiences each day.
