Join us for winter fun at Lapland Lake nestled in the Adirondacks, with a 'Finnish flare' - all the trails and cabins are in Finnish. Our cottages [tupas] have a full kitchen, include all linens, a stocked wood burning stove, plus more. Includes full access to cross country ski & 12km snowshoe trails, children's tubing hill & ice-skating. Evening use of illuminated ski trails, tubing hill & ice-skating; discounted group ski lesson per guest & use of the authentic Finnish wood burning sauna. Take I-87 N/New York State Thruway N toward Harriman (Portions Toll). I-87 N/New York State Thruway N becomes I-90 W/New York State Thruway W (Portions toll). Follow NYS Thruway (I-90) heading west (toward Buffalo) to Exit 27 at Amsterdam. Follow Rte. 30 north for 27 miles (3.2 miles north of Northville). Turn left onto the Benson Road (CoHwy 6) for 5.2 miles. At Storer Road turn right and continue 3/4 mile, bearing right.
