Overview

MSP 1.0!! Sleep at the second highest altitude AMC hut sitting at 4600 feet in the White Mountains and revel in the beauty that is the Presidential Range! The AMC's first hut is beautifully situated facing west (hello sunset?) and in the col between Mt Madison and Mt Adams. You can hike up to the Madison Spring Hut from many different sides of the range. This will be a choose your own adventure style up to the hut, stay the night with our crew and the Hut Croo, and explore all your options for hiking the next day! Some options may include: - Presidential Traverse SOBO/NOBO - Daniel Webster Boy scout Trail - Valley Way from Appalachia - Osgood Trail Upon registration a screening call may be required. Confirmation will be contingent upon completion of the screening call and payment. Cancellation policy will apply: if you cancel on or before June 7 you may get a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel after June 7, you will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.

Selene is the Chair for the NH AMC Chapter and Former Chair for NH AMC Young Members. As a New Hampshire native she enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, backpacking and anything else outside. When she's not outside Selene plays & coaches volleyball, is an AMC Adventure Travel leader in training, and is an Uphill New England Ambassador.
