Do you have experience with social media content and management? Are you interested in giving back to the AMC? AMC Boston Hiking/Backpacking Committee is seeking volunteers to boost engagement on social media platforms, primarily the Hiking/Backpacking Committee Facebook page and group (although we are also interested in other platforms). We aim to get more people involved with the AMC and enjoying the outdoors on our trips. Can you help? We are looking for people who, under the supervision of the social media coordinator, can help improve engagement, design social media strategy and campaigns, produce photo and video content, and anything else using social media to help get more people outdoors! This can be a low commitment, occasional contribution or a regular position and is a great way to make a difference with the AMC! No prior experience volunteering with AMC required. Multiple volunteers welcome. If you are interested, please contact the leader with your availability and how you would like to contribute.
