Overview

Join us for a leisurely evening hike to Smith Pond. This is an easy hike, covering 2.7 miles and only 358" of elevation gain. Once at the pond we will picnic our dinner and take our time hiking back out.

Patty is an enthusiastic hike and paddling leader. You'll usually find her on an Over 55 Group hike for the NH Chapter. She has accomplished the New England 67 4K's and most of the Appalachian Trail in New England. Her enjoyment of backpacking has taken her on trips out west and to the Adirondacks. She loves the NH mountains and rivers and particularly enjoys introducing beginners to these pursuits.
