Overview

New to road riding or returning after a long time away? Want to go faster? Farther? Join AMC Boston ride leaders Gail Ferreira, Karen Hall and Linda Haines for a two-part Workshop to discuss road riding basics and techniques and then ride together to practice what we've learned together. The leaders will share their experiences and suggestions on how to ride more comfortably and longer, including getting started or getting started after not riding for many years. We will also discuss how to participate in AMC Boston's group bike rides, along with other riding options. Includes 2 sessions - a Zoom discussion Thursday, May 2, at 7PM - 9PM, and then we'll practice riding on Saturday, May 4th, 10-noon on the bike path and roads in Bedford, MA. Refreshments to follow. EASY, including for those who haven't ridden in years. The Thursday Zoom link and Saturday Ride information will be sent to all registered/approved participants a few days before the Thursday, May 2nd Zoom Workshop.
