Enjoy an early start to paddling season on the West River in Southern Vermont. This spring time release is a chance to enjoy a fun paddle through beautiful scenery and socializing with paddlers outside of the large crowd of the spring West Fest. Open boaters with sufficient class 2 experience and safety gear also encouraged to join. Additional trip details to be provided. Planned trip meet up points is the put-in, which is the pavilion in the parking lot or onshore above Salmon Hole rapid. Reach out to one of the trip leaders if you require boat and/or gear rental.
