Overview

Join us on a spring "warm up those legs" hike to Mount Tecumseh (4003 feet) in Waterville Valley. This will be an out and back hike on the Mt Tecumseh Trail starting at the Tripoli road parking area. The hike is about 6.2 miles round trip, with an elevation gain of about 2,240 feet. We will hike as a group and at a moderate / comfortable pace and enjoy short rests. Come enjoy one of the easier 4K peaks, get the dust off and start getting those legs in shape for the coming summer hikes. After registering the Leader will contact you. Participants will be screened to determine if you have had equivalent hiking experience and proper gear. Additional details, including recommended gear will be provided one week prior to the hike. May 26th is the chosen rain date if the cancellation is necessary.
