Overview

Get your legs ready for a fun Spring/Summer of hiking with a May hike to the summit of Mount Sunapee. This is a moderate hike with 1692 ft of elevation gain. We will hike at a moderate pace to the summit of Mount Sunapee via the Andrew Brook Trail, for a total of 6.2 miles. This hike is suitable for people who have hiked a similar distance and elevation in New England and who are comfortable managing their temperature with layers and traveling in potentially muddy conditions with water crossings. Warm and cool layers and rain gear are needed for this hike, as are sturdy hiking boots. All leaders and participants must bring a mask on the hike for emergency purposes but are not required to wear it during hiking. To address unforeseen challenges such as adverse weather, unacceptable trail conditions or excessive crowding, the planned trip destination, activity and/or meeting place and time may be modified. In that event, participants may elect to join in that activity or opt out
