Overview

Four day backpack traversing the Pemigewasset Wilderness' River System. This strenuous trip is 36 mi, has about 7400 ft of elevation change, and does not summit a peak. Cruise through some beautiful and very remote areas, past rivers, cascades, waterfalls, backcountry ponds, and possibly some overgrown and swampy trails at a moderate pace. There will be 2 river fords on this trip. Experienced, well-conditioned, flexible backpackers please. (Note that this is not the Pemi Loop.)
