First preference for this hike will be given to those who attended the Spring Workshops on May 11, 2024. If space is available 4 days before each hike, registrations for others will be approved and you will receive a confirming email. An Information Sheet will be sent to all confirmed hikers. This hike will be approximately 5 miles with about 600 feet of elevation gain. Moose Hill was established in 1916, and is the oldest Mass Audubon wildlife sanctuary. It features a red maple swamp boardwalk, as well as, no surprise here, Moose Hill. There are about 2000 acres, and 20 miles of trails, so we will explore. There is a nice view from a point on Moose Hill, we will plan to get there. Weather: Thunderstorms or extreme winds will delay, cancel, or shorten trips. We won't cancel because of rain. So, if this sounds good, register quickly, as space is limited.
