Overview

Have you ever wondered what's on the Wapack trail between Watatic and Pack Monadnock? Come backpack it with us and find out! We'll be hiking a section of the Wapack trail (connecting Watatic and North Pack Monadnock) for a total of approximtaely 18 miles and 3000 feet of elevation, with an overnight stop approximately halfway. Participants should have previous backpacking experience, and feel comfortable hiking 8-10 miles a day with their full packs. This hike requires a car spot, and parking in popular areas with limited parking spaces. Please plan to carpool. To address unforeseen challenges such as adverse weather, unacceptable trail conditions or excessive crowding, the planned trip destination, activity and/or meeting place and time may be modified. In that event, participants may elect to join in that activity or opt out.
