Overview

SOC ride (10-12 mph) Autumn is a beautiful time of year to cycle the scenic Harlem Valley Rail to Trail! https://www.hvrt.org/the-trail. Cycle the entire Harlem Valley Rail Trail in two sections with an overnight stay in Great Barrington Hotel. Meet at 10AM at Wassaic,NY Metro North Station Trail Head. Cycle to Millerton, NY. and back to our cars. (26 miles) Then drive to Great Barrington to a clean, updated, low cost motel approx. 9 miles from the Hillsdale, NY trailhead. Enjoy the variety of restaurants in downtown Great Barrington or the brewery across the street from the motel. Next morning we drive to the Hillsdale, NY to Millerton, NY, and back.(21.5 miles) Helmets and spare tire tube required Trip cost:$75 dbl. occupancy $130 single occupancy.
