Our transect this time will take us to Appalachian Trail lands we've not explored before off Rt 23. We'll spend about half the time in the Trail lands north of Rt 23 and the other half in the Trail lands south of Rt 23. We'll be out all day so dress for the season and weather. Bring lunch, snacks, water to drink. No experience necessary, pace is slow, mostly off trail. Nasty weather cancels.
