Overview

Moderate pace, with occasional stops. An approximate 5-mile hike around The Pond. Bring waterproof hiking shoes or boots, snack/lunch, and water. MICROspikes and/or snowshoes may be necessary depending on trail conditions. We'll take a break at the AMC Camp down at the pond, weather permitting. A steady rain or heavy snow will cancel the trip. Well behaved dogs on leash are O.K. The group size is limited to 15 hikers plus the leaders. This trip is often wait-listed, so please cancel your registration if you can no longer attend.
