The Nominating Committee is seeking recommendations from the Chapter membership for potential candidates for the Executive Committee (ExComm) Secretary for 2024. The Secretary is responsible for taking minutes of Executive Committee meetings and the Annual Meeting. The Secretary is also responsible for organizing the Chapter Annual Report from reports submitted by each committee. The ExComm is responsible for the governance of the Chapter. All members take part in discussions and voting about chapter policy and management. Meetings are generally held monthly from September to June. AMC membership is required, but it is not necessary to be a trip leader or a long-time member.
