This is a loop trail hike along the Delaware and D&R Canals beginning at the Scudder Falls Bridge (I-295 PA side) parking area. For this 7-mile hike, we'll hike over the new walkway to NJ, heading North to the Washington Crossing Bridge, onto Dominic's Pizza for lunch or lunch on your own then returning down the Delaware Canal to our cars. at Scudder Falls Parking area. This hike includes a fitness course (optional). Dress in layers that will wick moisture, plus don't forget gloves and a warm hat if the temperature is chilly. Trail shoes can be OK, Rain with thunder and lightning may cancel the hike if driving conditions are questionable.
