Overview

Join us for a hike through Cutler Park. Cutler Park borders the meandering Charles River and protects the largest freshwater marsh on the middle Charles River. The formation of these marsh lands is intimately tied to the industrial history of Newton Upper and Lower Falls. We will hike for approximately 6.6 miles with a minimal elevation gain of 200'. The Information Sheet with more detail including where to park will be emailed out several days before the hike. Thunderstorms or extreme winds may delay, cancel, or shorten this hike. Rain will not stop us from hiking, and we won't cancel. So, if this sounds good, we hope to see you on this hike.
