If you can't get to (or finish) a book, come anyway! You might get a few good book ideas and you will always have a good chat with other AMC hikers. Meet at the kiosk on the corner of Forbidden Drive and Northwestern Ave (near Northwestern Stables). Rest rooms available 1/4 mile into the hike. The walk will be moderate pace and there will be some hills. Steady rain cancels - check status on Outdoors.org before 11am the day of the hike or contact leader. Dress in and carry layers as needed for your comfort. Bring water and snacks as needed.
