Join Linden and Peter on a Mt Cabot and Mt Terrace hike. Mt Cabot is the well known, northernmost of New Hampshire 4000 footers. We'll take a less traveled route on the way up and a more conventional route down. Along the way, we'll have a brief stop at the Boy Scout cabin. The distance is a bit over 11 miles with almost 4000 feet of elevation gain. The pace will be moderate, slightly over book time. The duration is difficult to predict but should be about 8-9 hours. To address unforeseen challenges such as adverse weather, unacceptable trail conditions or excessive crowding, the planned trip destination, activity and/or meeting place and time may be modified. In that event, participants may elect to join in that activity or opt out.
