Overview

This trip is part of the Winter Hiking Program (WHP) and is open to enrolled participants of the program. For more information email: [email protected] We will have fun being outdoors, along with utilizing the skills from the WHP. The hike will take place on Hedgehog Mountain in Albany, New Hampshire. We will be hiking 4.8 miles with 1400 feet of elevation gain for about 4 to 5 hours. This will be a moderate hike. https://www.outdoors.org/outdoor-activities/difficulty-ratings To address unforeseen challenges such as adverse weather, unacceptable trail conditions or excessive crowding, the planned trip destination, activity and/or meeting place and time may be modified. In that event, participants may elect to join in that activity or opt-out. Backup plan: bad weather will cause cancellation
