Overview

While we've done transects in this area in the past, a recent forest fire in the area prompts us to take another look. We'll be out all day so dress for winter conditions. Bring lunch, snacks, water. Should we get a heavy snow cover, snow shoes will be needed. Pace will be slow and off trail much of the time. No experience necessary.
