Approx. 5 mile rails-to-trails hike on flat terrain via a "lesser used" section of the Airline Trail from Rte. 85 in Hebron East to Leonard Bridge Road in Lebanon and back. Includes views overlooking Lake Williams as well as a side trip using an old switching area on the rail line. Meet at the parking lot where the Airline Trail crosses Rte. 85 at 9:45 for a prompt 10:00 AM start. Possibility of refreshments afterwards at a local restaurant. Steady Rain/Snow or hazardous road conditions cancels. DIRECTIONS: Meet at the parking lot where Air Line Trail crosses Rte. 85, at the old Route 85 Lumber location (now Juliano's Pools, GPS Ref: 522 Church St., Amston) approx. 0.3 mile South of Rte. 207/Rte. 85 junction.
