Travel the world without leaving New Hampshire. Join us on Wednesday evenings, January through March, at AMC's Pinkham Notch Visitor Center for a special celebration of global cultures! Enjoy a unique four-course dinner inspired by a different country each week, paired with fascinating lectures about international travel and adventure from fellow explorers and adventurers. The January 15 dinner & presentation feature Iceland! Iceland is a country rich in culture, flanked by some of the most vast and wild landscapes known to man. From Reykjavik to Seydisfjordur, and the glaciers in between, there is always something to see or do while in Iceland. Join former AMC employee Greg Konar as he recounts his unforgettable van camping trip around the entirety of Iceland, featuring unique foods, skyscraping waterfalls, jaw-dropping landscapes, and more! Iceland Menu Bread: Icelandic Thunder Bread Starter: Apple Radish Beet Root Slaw Soup: Kjotsupa (Icelandic lamb soup) Entrée: Nordic Butter Braised Salmon with Dill Sauce Veggie Entrée: Nordic Edamame Broccoli and Noodle Curry Stach: Icelandic Caramelized Potatoes Veggie: Roasted Baby Carrots with Tarragon and Dill Dessert: Hjonabandssaela (happy marriage cake) -- Dinner is served at 6pm, followed by the evening presentation -- Vegetarian entrées are available for all dinners -- Responsible BYOB is welcome Call 603-466-2727 to reserve your spot for dinner only or as an overnight getaway.
