Travel the world without leaving New Hampshire. Join us on Wednesday evenings, January through March, at AMC's Pinkham Notch Visitor Center for a special celebration of global cultures! Enjoy a unique four-course dinner inspired by a different country each week, paired with fascinating lectures about international travel and adventure from fellow explorers and adventurers. The February 26 dinner & presentation features Labrador and Quebec! Join Jose and Curt for their remote canoeing expedition, traveling from Iron Arm Lake in Schefferville, Quebec, via the De Pas and George Rivers to Kangiqsualujjuaq, Quebec. Along the way, they met First Nations people, tackled portage challenges, and enjoyed salmon fishing. February 26 Menu Bread: Molasses Raisin Bread Starter: Maple Apple Pecan Baked Brie Soup: Canadian Yellow Split Pea Soup Entrée: Maple Glazed Ham Vegetarian Entrée: Vegan Tourtiere (French Canadian meat pie) Starch: Mashed Sweet Potatoes Veggie: Green Beans Almondine Dessert: Canadian Sugar Pie Dinner is served at 6pm, followed by the evening presentation Vegetarian entrées are available for all dinners Responsible BYOB is welcome Call 603-466-2727 to reserve your spot for dinner only or as an overnight getaway.
