Visit Connecticut's "Most Auncient Towne" and stroll through one of Yankee Magazine's "15 Prettiest Winter Villages in New England" and where the Hallmark Movie "Christmas on Honeysuckle Lane" was filmed on location. We will cover about 4.5 miles on my 9th annual Wethersfield Heritage Walk, a self-tour guided by exhibit kiosks and wayside panels through Main Street, The Cove, Broad Street Green, and more! Founded in 1634, more than 150 homes predate the Civil War (and many predate the Revolutionary War). ON-LINE REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Meet at 10:00 am at the Keeney Memorial Cultural Center Parking Lot, 200 Main Street, Wethersfield, CT where rest rooms are available. Dress warmly, bring water, a snack and wear comfortable walking shoes. We'll make a short rest stop midway at Heirloom Market at Comstock Ferre.
