Meet at 9:00 for a prompt 9:15 start to this 5-mile Moderate/Difficult hike that includes squeezes and scrambles. No dogs. Hikers must wear appropriate hiking footwear with good traction (no sneakers), and carry water, a snack, personal medications and first-aid supplies. Carrying spikes is mandatory, and poles are highly recommended. Parking is at approximately 300 East Plymouth Road, Terryville: park in the small lot or alongside the road where the signs state no overnight parking. (Daytime parking is fine.) This is not the parking lot on Greer Road! HIKERS MUST PRE-REGISTER WITH LEADER VIA E-MAIL NO LATER THAN 6 PM THE NIGHT BEFORE THE HIKE. Limit: 10.
